Bengaluru · Design & execution

Exhibition stall design in Bengaluru, planned around the show.

A Bengaluru exhibition brief should connect the venue, the product demonstration and the delivery programme. Lumian Studio leads design from Mumbai and scopes production and on-ground execution through its partner network, with the destination and responsibilities confirmed for each event.

  • Use the exact venue and current event documents.
  • Show equipment requirements as well as product dimensions.
  • Confirm the delivery team and programme in the proposal.

01

Start with the Bengaluru venue and floor plan

Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, commonly BIEC, lists its address at 10th Mile, Tumkur Road, Bengaluru. Use the actual venue in the brief rather than the city name alone. If your show is elsewhere in Bengaluru, send that destination and its allocated floor plan so access and installation can be reviewed for the correct location.

For a BIEC event, obtain the organiser’s current exhibitor manual, hall and stall allocation, open sides, show dates and service schedule. Venue information helps locate the project; the event documents determine the requirements for your installation. Do not reuse an old manual as confirmation of the next show’s approvals or timetable.

  • Exact venue, show name, hall and stall number.
  • Footprint, open sides and the allocated organiser plan.
  • Current exhibitor manual and service booking responsibilities.
  • Installation, handover and dismantling windows.

02

Make room for the product and its demonstration

For an equipment or technology demonstration, send the product footprint, operating area and relevant power or AV needs at the beginning. Show the presenter and watching visitors on the layout. Confirm access for setup and maintenance so a fixture is not designed around only the product’s static dimensions.

For sample ranges or buyer meetings, choose the priority conversation and edit the display accordingly. A small booth may benefit from a clear product surface and open centre; a larger pavilion can separate demonstrations and quieter meetings. Review those activities together before selecting a visual feature.

03

Review the concept and define the build

Compare the scaled layout with 3D views from each relevant aisle. Check brand visibility, product presentation, lighting, storage and staff movement. Lumian’s website concepts illustrate design directions, while your project needs its own approved layout, artwork and finish schedule.

The production proposal should identify fabrication, transport, installation, support and dismantling, plus the organiser services paid or supplied separately. Confirm who prepares working drawings and event submissions, and how revisions are approved. A clear scope helps the centrally coordinated design stay aligned with site delivery.

04

Confirm the programme for your Bengaluru event

Work backwards from the event’s handover deadline to set layout, concept, artwork and production approvals. Allow for the confirmed production location and delivery arrangements. Where equipment, samples or documents are still pending, record the decision owner and the effect on the programme before treating the item as approved.

Lumian is based in Goregaon West, Mumbai. Share the Bengaluru venue, deadline, product list and intended budget so the team can confirm availability, partner arrangements and an achievable scope for your show.

Before you begin

Practical questions.

Do you have a Bengaluru office?
The Lumian Studio office is in Mumbai. Bengaluru design and execution are coordinated for the event through the production and on-ground partner network, with the scope confirmed in the proposal.
Can you review a stall for a BIEC show?
Send the show, hall and stall allocation, floor plan, exhibitor manual, products and deadline. The team can assess the design and delivery requirements for that event.
